Yes, you can download and play for free. Hype Night Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks all games, categories and questions plus local and online multiplayer — it's a lifetime purchase, not a subscription.
Is Hype Night on Android?
Yes. Hype Night is on Google Play as well as the App Store, with all 14 games and both multiplayer modes on each. Purchases are per-platform, since the App Store and Google Play handle billing separately, so Pro bought on one platform does not carry over to the other.
How does multiplayer work?
Local multiplayer connects nearby devices directly over your local network with encrypted peer-to-peer connections. Online multiplayer lets you play with friends anywhere — session data is temporary and removed when the game ends.
Is it appropriate for all ages?
Hype Night is intended for players aged 12 and older. Content ranges from family-friendly icebreakers to spicier categories meant for adult game nights.
